For some ROCrates identifiers have a full URL with the /view endpoint i.e. "https://fairscape.net/view/ark:59852/rocrate-data-from-treated-human-cancer-cells/"
Using a regex to find the ark within the full url is then required.
This comes up in the ROCrate metadata only upload.
